Courses

Getting the best out of you, your teams and your organisation

I provide bespoke courses for teams at all organisational levels, including executive and senior leadership teams, single and multi-disciplinary groups.

Participants increase their knowledge and build on their experience by applying models and frameworks and developing a sense of themselves as leaders. They leave the course feeling confident in their capacity to assume leadership responsibility.

Health service structures and power dynamics

Explores the main structures of the health service, how the money flows and a range of systemic tensions and dilemmas.

Difficult conversations

Looks at the complexities of having difficult conversations with colleagues from the same and different disciplines and organisations and equips you with skills and tools to manage these effectively.

Diversity and inclusion

Helps participants develop their competency and confidence in working with power and rank differences.

Understanding change and transition

Looks at some of the challenges of change and transition and develops skills to effectively manage these.

I have never attended a course on a topic so broad and full of theory in which I was kept so captivated. The 3 days facilitated on-line were of exceptional quality. Edmund managed to translate the course content into practical application in our clinical environment. He also allowed us to undertake role play in a safe environment where we practiced de-escalating conflict, managing differing beliefs, dealing with a trainee in difficulty, and delivering a business case. Many thanks for your exceptional teaching.

The way we were made to think from different perspectives still stays with me 5 years on and
has been useful now I have actually needed to do it.
