Growing relationships through conversation

Teams and organisations need to have important conversations that grow relationships and advance their thinking and learning. Virtual sessions are provided in an engaging and dynamic format using materials and exercises that go beyond PowerPoint presentations.

Functions such as polling, breakout rooms and participant whiteboards ensure a more engaged audience.

A ‘virtual’ training room facilitates interactions and has been very positively evaluated. This consists of:

  • Large whiteboard allows creation and display of large illustrations and diagrams

  • Flipchart for notetaking during discussions

  • Three camera viewpoints

These features enable:

  • The facilitator to create a sense of movement and energy 

  • Different interventions: teaching, role-plays and facilitated discussion

Participants find it easier to stay engaged and interested during the virtual courses and sessions.
